Notes on prices
Prices are for the villa and are not based on amount of people renting. Electricity bills and linen are included. Gas bottles for hob are also included. Towels are not included. A £200 breakage deposit is required before arrival.
Changeover day
Saturday preferable although this may be flexible depending on month of year and other bookings.

The villa is set within an acre of beautiful, private grounds comprising of terraced gardens which include fruit and olive trees, covered terrace areas with seating for 6 people, a large patio area suitable for sunbathing, an outside shower, pizza oven and BBQ. The villa accessed through private electric gates and has a drive that is suitable for 3 cars.

Beautiful sandy beaches are dotted all along the coastline with the nearest beaches being 10 miles away.
Getting there
Brindisi airport is 20 mins and Bari airport 1 hour 10 mins away. Car
